A letter to His Church. To believers in the US and abroad, should the Lord lead you to this message.

3 John 2 (NKJV)

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you, and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My ordinances and do them.

John 15:11 (AMP)

“These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.”

The Head of the Church, the Lord Jesus Christ, spoke to me about His plans for the coming year, and this is what He said:

“Behold I Am the Lord, and thou shall have no other gods before Me. See to it then that you cleanse yourselves of all other gods, for this is the year that the idols are eradicated from within My Church. Starting from within your souls, from within your homes, from within your regions and your atmospheres; for I am seeking and sending out an ever advancing Church. And so then shall you advance by the increasing of your souls (3 John 2). For your souls must advance that My kingdom will advance. And in this hour you will see the five-fold ministry gifts working in cooperation together as has yet to be seen. For this is necessary for the equipping of My Church to be My ambassadors in the earth (Exodus 20:3; Eph. 4:11,16). 

And I will lay upon those who thirst afresh for My living waters a new reservoir of refreshing flowing from within the stream of My heart. For there is a numbness to sensitivity to My voice and to the leadings of My Spirit. So I am working to remove from My Church the stony places that there would again be a heart of tender flesh in union and synchronicity with Me. For high are My ways above your ways, and one must ascend that they might know Me as I am meant to be known (Ezekiel 36:26,27). 

And so now do I call out again, Arise My Church and ascend to new and greater heights in My glory! For I have created you to ascend. I have created you to dwell in and to manifest My atmosphere. And for this reason your efforts to evangelive have not worked, because there are so few who truly manifest Me in the presence of the ungodly to bring forth the convicting power of My Spirit that man might know he has fallen short of a perfect and holy God. 

So Arise and ascend! Take upon you a new level of consecration to your God and King! For I am calling forth and shouting out now, “Who will go for Us and whom will We send?” And My eyes are moving to and fro in the earth looking for those who I might lay My mantle of anointing upon. That I might endue them with fresh power from on high to go in My Spirit to a lost and dying world, and to take new ground that has yet to be won for Me (Isaiah 6:8; Acts 1:8).

And do not despise the word of the Lord, for shall I speak to you something new? For it has always been about your consecration to Me. And it has always been about you looking out of your lives to the harvest that is all around you; that you might bring them in and teach them how to pick up their cross and follow after Me (1 Cor. 6:19,20).

So do not get sad at the word of the Lord to “Go!” For I have said it, and I am continuing to say it. Least the fires of persecution come upon you and force you out as it forced out My Church from Jerusalem in the book of Acts. For you have been born for a purpose. And you fit perfectly within My plan. And you are meant to be an instrument for My glory. Only do not have any other gods before Me. For this is the year that all other gods will fall, and you will fall with them if to them you are attached. And I will rid you of these false things that have hindered you in moving forward with Me. And I will rub My healing oil upon your eyes that you might begin to see Me as I truly am in clarity and with a new stare and focus (Mark 16:15,20).

And now, does laughter begin to erupt within My Church. For there is a staleness, and there is a bitterness, and there is a lament and a dryness in the air about you. So will My joy erupt and so will the holy laughter cleanse My houses and cause My oil of gladness to smear on all those who hear it. For there is a need for the mending of hard and cold emotions, that many might have feeling again. So then do I command you to laugh, and to break forth in songs and melodies of joy! For the bitter waters of life, I am making, for many, sweet again this year. Only do not resist Me when I come to make your heart alight by holding on to your sadness. But arise and be refreshed in these times of My visitation. For there am I walking in your midst to bind up and heal My broken hearted churches. For many have waged a good warfare, and many have grown wearying in their welldoing. So do not delay or resist to laugh when, for many, it will not make sense to laugh. For this is not the laughter of unbelief as Sarah laughed when hearing she would have a child though she was barren, but it is the joy of the Lord being poured out upon you (Gen. 18:11,15). It comes from My heart to you and it is not dependent on your understanding or circumstances to receive it. It is entirely an act of My grace that I break forth this vile to lavish My love upon many who are broken and aching. And you will go in the strength of this laughter for it will be a strength that will carry you through the year. For momentum has been lost, and many are nearly at the point of pause or stop. But this joy will be like the coals that burn for a steam engine train to run its course down My track. And it will be a fuel to running your race that will cause you to continue and to accomplish what went unfinished in the last year. For in this joy will I also redeem the time. For many things have fallen through the cracks (Isaiah 61:1,3; Nehemiah 8:10; Prov. 17:22a). 

But this is the year that the attention to detail will be captured. And this is the year that the littlest of things, though seemingly insignificant, will matter. For did I not take five loaves and two fish, and use what seemed small and insignificant to feed more than 5000 who were hungry? For you think it takes much to make much, but in My kingdom it takes Me to make anything possible. And so in this year will I cause you to experience, with Me, the miraculous through the minor. And for many will the harvest of many years of sowing come as if by windfall. And many will find Me breaking through by the small acts of obedience to My Spirit. For this is the year of the shock and awe. For I intend on shocking many of you, that you might know that I have remembered you and I intend for you to be awestruck by Me. And to those who are faithful, I will also manifest in this year the secret petitions of your heart. Petitions that are so secret your lips have never dared to speak them. For I intend to shock you at how much I love and care for you. And you will be awestruck when I manifest these secrets by My glory for you. And many of you will see those whom you’ve stood in intercession for returning home in this year because My goodness on you will shock them, and in awe they will come running home to a good God whose arms are open wide to receive them (Mat. 14:13,21; Psalm 37:4; Romans 2:4).

So do not be tempted to think that I mean to act only in destruction for idols and gods that are before Me that you might be punished, but I remove them this year so that you might experience a greater measure of My blessing and goodness. For it is the gods and idols in your midst that have hindered My movement and have caused much delay. But this is the year of purging them, and these things will be removed, uprooted and upended for good. So be ones who will let them go by lifting up hands of surrender to Me and My will, and say “yes” to the good plans that I have for you. For I am the Author and the Finisher of your story, and what I’m intending is for your good that you would live a life of continually experiencing My love (Eph. 2:10 & 3:19).”

Thanksgiving for Return from Captivity.

A Song of Ascents.

When the Lord brought back the captives to Zion (Jerusalem),
We were like those who dream [it seemed so unreal].

Then our mouth was filled with laughter
And our tongue with joyful shouting;
Then they said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”

The Lord has done great things for us;
We are glad!

Restore our captivity, O Lord,
As the stream-beds in the South (the Negev) [are restored by torrents of rain].

They who sow in tears shall reap with joyful singing.

He who goes back and forth weeping, carrying his bag of seed [for planting],
Will indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
