Letter 14:

The Upside Down Door

March 17, 2024

A Letter To His Church, An exhortation to His Church to enter into our calling to minister the greater works with our Lord Jesus Christ.

For the head of the church, Jesus Christ is saying:

“I am opening for the Church a door that seems to be upside down. For in this present age I am flipping all things upon their heads. For if those who are Mine are truly grounded in Me, they will be able to continue to walk as though they are ones who now grace the air, as upside down. And this age is an age where My Church will marvel. They will marvel in signs and wonders as no other age has marveled for My glory. And they will stun those who are without, and in doing so, those who are without will come running in. And I will mark with My fire those who step into the deep in these things. For these will be ones whom when the world sees them, then truly they have seen the one true living God. And I will establish them in doctrines that are simple, and in the proclamation of these truths will great power of heaven burst forth. For in the simple I gain the most glory, and in the boldness to step out in faith, I gain the invitation to act with My greatest might. For I long that you would stretch out your hand that I might heal, and that signs and great wonders would be done through Me in My name. And I long to see the trusted steps of the obedient to forge out ahead, and act like they can do with Me all that the church of Acts had done and even more. For this is the hour for the turning from the “spoken word,” to the “word spoken to be acted upon.” And this is the time that I am asking that My obedient ones would hasten Me to action. For I have great power in reserve. And this is a power that has an endless supply that never runs out and it never runs dry. And the more that you begin to step into action with Me, the more you will experience Me in your midst. For I am a God of love in action, and I am always and ever so moved by My passion. And those who have passion for Me will certainly be moved by all that is in My heart. So I am gracing now for those who are wanting the more to step in and enter this seemingly upside down door. That My Church would come to know Me in a way that they have never yet known Me before.” Says the Lord.

John 3:16,17 (AMP)

“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.

Matthew 28:18,20 (AMP)

Jesus came up and said to them, “All authority (all power of absolute rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.”

Matthew 10:7,8 (AMP)

And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Mark 16:15,20 (AMP)

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. He who has believed [in Me] and has been baptized will be saved [from the penalty of God’s wrath and judgment]; but he who has not believed will be condemned. These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will get well.”

So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord was working with them and confirming the word by the signs that followed.

Matthew 21:12,14 (TPT)

Upon entering Jerusalem Jesus went directly into the temple area and drove away all the merchants who were buying and selling their goods. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the stands of those selling doves.

And he said to them, “My dwelling place will be known as a house of prayer, but you have made it into a hangout for thieves!”

Then the blind and the crippled came into the temple courts, and Jesus healed them all. And the children circled around him shouting out, “Blessings and praise to the Son of David!”

Acts 10:38,40 (AMP)

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with great power; and He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him. We are [personally] eyewitnesses of everything that He did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem [in particular]. They also put Him to death by hanging Him on a cross; God raised Him [to life] on the third day and caused Him to be plainly seen.

Acts 17:2,6 (AMP)

Now after Paul and Silas had traveled through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews. And Paul entered the synagogue, as was his custom, and for three Sabbaths he engaged in discussion and friendly debate with them from the Scriptures, explaining and pointing out [scriptural evidence] that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and rise from the dead, and saying, “This Jesus, whom I am proclaiming to you, is the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).” And some of them were persuaded to believe and joined Paul and Silas, along with a large number of the God-fearing Greeks and many of the leading women. But the [unbelieving] Jews became jealous, and taking along some thugs from [the lowlifes in] the market place, they formed a mob and set the city in an uproar; and then attacking Jason’s house tried to bring Paul and Silas out to the people. But when they failed to find them, they dragged Jason and some brothers before the city authorities, shouting, “These men who have turned the world upside down have come here too;”

Father God,

I pray for those of us who are saying “Yes” to Jesus' invitation, that we would enter into this doorway and journey in this place with Him in the miraculous. That we would be ones who so love the world as You have loved the world, that we would give up our lives for them in whatever measure we are called to give of ourselves. I pray that Your fire and boldness would come upon us, and that we too would be consumed and living for Your passion at all times. I pray our testimony would be that we are ones who turn the world upside down everywhere that You send us, and that we do so by the power of Your Spirit for the glory of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Spirit of God, usher us now through the doorway.

In Jesus name. Amen. So be it.

Lord Jesus, let this be our testimony as was the testimony of those in Acts:

… These ones who have turned the world upside down have come here too; … (Acts 17:6b)
